2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered 788min account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 Currency. The 788min platform operates a Pakistani Rupee (PKR) native wallet. All account balances, stakes, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR. For USDT deposits, an applicable PKR conversion rate will be applied at the time of the transaction. 788min is not responsible for currency fluctuations affecting USDT-denominated transactions.

4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 788min wallet within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank. 788min does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 788min bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. Once your KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business day. 788min reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large-value or unusual transactions. 5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the 788min platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules explicitly provide otherwise.

5.2 Finality of Results. 5.4 Void Bets. 788min reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed in error due to a technical fault or incorrect odds display; (b) it was placed in connection with match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sports integrity violation; (c) the relevant event was cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; or (d) there are reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses claimed using JazzCash or EasyPaisa deposits are subject to the same terms as bonuses claimed via any other payment method; there is no payment-method restriction on bonus eligibility unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6.5 Abuse and Fraud. 788min takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage wagering, collusion between multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers, and any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, 788min reserves the right to void bonus balances, reverse winnings derived from bonus funds, and close the account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 788min platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering or maintaining more than one (1) 788min account;

8.1 Ownership. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence in respect of 788min's intellectual property.

8.2 Limited Licence. 788min grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 788min content without express prior written permission.

12.2 Account Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed by 788min due to a confirmed Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for non-disciplinary reasons, the verified balance will be returned to the player via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

12.3 By the Player. You may close your 788min account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation.
